Cut Laser System fabricates welded metal structures to customer drawings: machine chassis and frames, sheet metal casings, work platforms, conveyor structures and one-off assemblies.
Profiles and sheet are laser cut and formed then welded and assembled in the same workshop, with machined components added where a structure needs bearing seats, threads or precision interfaces.
We work from a finished drawing or from a functional description — dimensions, loads, interfaces and the environment the structure has to survive.
Structures and frames we have manufactured
A cross-section of recent projects. Filter by type to see the industrial work separately from the architectural.
Eleven welded structures fabricated to customer drawings, from machine frames to architectural work.
From drawing to finished structure
The sequence is the same whether the structure carries a machine, supports an operator or forms part of a production line.
Whether the structure carries a machine, supports an operator or forms part of a production line, the sequence is the same: review of the drawing, the loads and the interfaces, cutting and forming of the components on the fibre laser and CNC press brakes, welding and assembly, then inspection against the drawing before despatch. Surface finishing is arranged for the environment the structure will work in.
