Cut Laser System manufactures material handling trolleys to order — welded frames, decks and shelves sized for the parts you move and the space you move them through.
Trolleys are built in steel, stainless steel or aluminium depending on the working environment: stainless where the trolley enters washing, treatment or food-production areas, painted steel for general workshop duty, aluminium where weight matters. Casters, handles, guides and part-specific supports are specified with you before manufacturing.
Because they are made in the same workshop as our industrial washing baskets and polypropylene tanks, a trolley can be designed to carry a specific basket or serve a specific station in a cleaning line.

What to tell us for a trolley quotation
A sketch with dimensions is enough to start. These are the details that decide the construction.
- What is being carried — parts, baskets, moulds, containers, and their approximate weight.
- Working environment — dry workshop, washing area, food production, outdoor use.
- Dimensions and constraints — deck size, working height, door and aisle widths.
- Handling — pushed by hand, towed, or moved by a pallet truck or forklift.
Trolleys are laser cut and formed then MIG-MAG or TIG welded, with machined components added where the design needs them.
