Cut Laser System manufactures custom stainless steel washing baskets for industrial parts cleaning. Each basket is built around the components it has to carry, the cleaning process it runs through and the machine or tank it has to fit — not adapted from a catalogue size.
Baskets are produced in our own workshop in Bursa, Turkey. Sheet and profile are laser cut and formed, assemblies are TIG welded, and every basket is inspected before it leaves the workshop. Working from your drawing, your sample or your existing basket, we supply single units, replacement sets and repeat production.

Baskets for ultrasonic and parts cleaning
In an ultrasonic bath the basket is part of the process. It has to keep components fully immersed, hold them apart so surfaces are not shadowed by each other, and sit in the tank in the position the equipment was designed for.
The same logic applies to spray washers, immersion lines and drying stations: free drainage, stable positioning and easy loading make the difference between a basket that is used and one that is worked around. Because requirements differ from one installation to the next, we do not publish generic performance figures — tell us the tank, the parts and the cycle, and we will propose a construction for your approval.

What are industrial washing baskets used for?
They hold components during industrial cleaning, rinsing, drying and surface-treatment steps, and they carry the same parts between operations. Because the basket keeps parts in a defined position, it also protects finished surfaces and makes loading and unloading repeatable.
Can stainless steel washing baskets be manufactured to custom dimensions?
Yes. Every basket we supply is made to order. External dimensions are normally driven by the machine or tank the basket has to fit, and the internal layout by the parts it has to hold.
What information do you need to quote a custom basket?
Useful details are the internal dimensions of the washing machine or tank, the size and quantity of the parts to be held, the cleaning process, how the basket is handled (by hand, hoist, or an automated transfer), and any stainless grade already specified by your quality system. A drawing, a photo or a sample is enough to start.
Can baskets be designed for ultrasonic cleaning systems?
Yes — reference CLS-2420 is an ultrasonic washing basket. For ultrasonic tanks the open area, the position of the parts in the bath and the way the basket sits in the tank all matter, so we design around your tank and your components rather than adapting a catalogue size.

Can you reproduce an existing basket from a drawing or a sample?
Yes. We regularly work from a customer drawing, from photographs with the main dimensions, or from an existing basket used as a reference. Send what you have and we will come back with any questions before quoting.
Which file formats can I send for a quotation?
DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, STL and PDF are all fine, as is a dimensioned hand sketch. Quotations are normally issued within 24 hours.
